At Kirkham K9 Training, lessons are tailored to you, your dog, and your specific goals. Whether you're welcoming a new puppy preparing for the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test, want to compete in dog sports like Rally, or simply looking to strengthen your relationship with your dog, each service is designed around your individual needs. Amanda Kirkham combines practical training methods with clear communication to help owners understand not only what to teach their dogs, but why it matters. Training focuses on building confidence, engagement, reliable obedience, and real-world manners that fit into everyday life. Sessions are conducted in a supportive, judgment-free environment where both dogs and handlers can learn and succeed together.

Private Lessons with goal to meet once a week
$40 per lesson
A private lesson that is tailored to your needs and goals. Dog cannot be aggressive as I still use myself and my demo dog for distractions and to provide a real-life training environment. If you had a friend to split training with it would be $30 per dog/person. If you have 3 people who want to meet I will honor $20 per dog/person. No more than 3 dogs permitted to maximize training.
Each lesson it at minimum an hour, but due to my attention to detail I usually go over with no additional charge to you. If you are booking additional lessons you have me for follow on questions and digital products.

Canine Good Citizen Group Classes
$150 for 6 weeks of lessons
Meeting once a week with a group of 4 dogs (vaccinated and not aggressive) on leash to learn all skills and commands necessary to pass the Canine Good Citizen Test. On week 6 you will take the CGC Eval.
Each week we will meet for at least an hour, you will have access to me for 6 weeks for questions, and digital products, and I offer a pack walk with classes weeks 3, 4, and 5.

Puppy Training Basics
$100.00 per course
A friendly 4-week course covering sit, wait/stay, leash manners, and polite greetings and a few more follows some AKC Puppy Good Manners Curriculum. We meet virtually for 60 minutes once a week and you receive digital PDF.
